Floss has been around since the beginning of human civilization, and there is no way it will ever go away. It wasn’t until science and dentistry developed into the modern practices we see today that the benefits of flossing really came to light. Flossing is one of the main deterrents of severe gum disease and tooth loss! Delta Dental of Arkansas recommends brushing 2 times a day and flossing once a day for 2 minutes!
