How do I appeal a denied claim?

You have the right to appeal a denied claim. Appeals must be submitted within 180 days of the date on the notice of the claim denial. Please state why the claim should not have been denied and include the denial notice and any other documents, information or comments you believe may have an influence on the appeal of the claim.
