How do I become an appointed agent with Delta Dental of Arkansas?

How do I enroll a new group?

How do I order supplies?

What information do I need to obtain a quote?
For groups with more than 100 eligible employees, we require a census, prior carrier claims experience and a current benefit plan description (if applicable) to obtain a quote. Call 1-800-814-3451 for more information regarding quotes for groups with more than 100 eligible employees.

For groups with fewer than 100 eligible employees, you can generate a quote within minutes. Just login and use the Create a Quote tool. In order to obtain a quote, you must be appointed with Delta Dental of Arkansas and have a login ID and password.
What is the commission rate?

When does a new group’s coverage begin? What is the effective date?
In most cases, group coverage will be effective on the first of the month following the receipt of the completed group application materials and employee enrollment.
When is the Delta Dental premium due each month?
Premiums are due on the first day of month.
When should my client expect a billing statement to arrive?
Bills are mailed on the first business day following the 15th of the month.
